Rap doesn't really appeal to me except in live shows because there is so much energy involved, but I am surprised that I seen about half those guys live (my boy dragged me to a lot of shows)

C-Ray Walz and Necro are the best outta those. Jedi Mind Tricks absolutely sucked when I saw them live, RA Rugged Man stole the show from JMT.

casual is with hieroglyphics. hiero is prolly my faV. hiero. del the funky homosapien is prolly one of my favorite mcs talib kweli also. atmosphere, Eyedea ive seen them in concert they good. aesop rock too. jedi mind tricks are the damn good. and binary star was one of my favs but i think they split up. one be lo is doin some freelance shit now i think.

Bcc(Boot Camp Clik), The Strange Fruit Project, Dead Prez, Jaylib(Dilla and Madlib), Sean Price, Smif n' Wessun, Buckshot & 9th Wonder, Kidz in the Hall, Panacea, Hi-Tek and the illest shit i would have to reccomend is One Be Lo. Thats the crack music right there. look for his album S.O.N.O.G.R.A.M.
