Bleeding [HELP]

Hey, ok, i supose all of us guys have done it once, i closed my garage door onto my head, and from what i can see in the mirror, i got a gash about 1 and a half inch long, its not so deep i can see bone, but i know that any head cuts tend to bleed alot.

Well this bitch has now covered in blood, and its been going for about half hour. It's starting to stop now, but its still bleeding enough for me to be a little concerned cos im not sure how much blood i lost, maybe a pint, but like i said im not sure, might be alot less than that for all i know.

Well, i put pressure on it and the usual shizzle dizzle but i give up. Do you guys know of anything that'll stop it bleeding besides pressure.

Shit, i thought it'd just heal. I hoped it'd just heal. Well, i'll give it half hour then i'll ring the doctor's and see what he thinks.

The only thing that worries me is its still bleeding and i havnt got thin blood, which makes me think its bad, but then again, i know head cuts bleed alot, so im a little confused as to weather its serious or not :(

I've got a huge scar on my head.. Somewhere right above my forhead.. Was two, and fell on a pointy rock..:p I dunno how many stitches I got, but they were many.. like 8 or so..:p

How the hell did you close the garage door on your head? Anyways it sounds pretty serious. I hope all goes well and it's not too serious.

yeah, if you have a stiptic pencil, put it in a bottle of water and shake it up till its gone, then use a rag to wet it every now and again. the stiptic pencil contains aloem* (sp) that constricts bleeding safeley. hope you are okay lip
