Hey everyone.
I'm looking for some information.
From what I've heard about "legal buds" or "legal smokes", they will burn you everytime. (no pun intended). But from what I hear, it actually seems to be pretty promising.
My two main questions are this.
1. Is Salvia just bullshit?

2. What effects does one get from Salvia?

Salvia if used propely will take you somewhere else its not like a trip and believe me its not one of the party drugs because people do not use it properly...
1 you need to be in a dark quiet place.
2 you need the extract not the leaf.
3 to use properly ...you need a butain lighter or torch ...salvia cemecal only can be drawn out with a very hot flame. so when you light it need to keep the lighter on the whole time your taking your hit....
4 might be a good idea to have a sitter to make sure you dont wig out.
5 hold your hit in about 15 to 20 secounds
6 close your eyes needs to be quiet...
7 enjoy sally... if done properly you will understand what i mean when i say its not a high its not a trip ...its ...sally... i hope you do it right and learn to respect sally

id hold it in for about 30 secs.when i did salvia i smoked it in a joint and held each hit for 30 secs and was fucked.it was weird though.its definitley different.and i also did it out of a homemade bong.i think the effects were greater from the joint
u shoodnt do it thru a bong unless u empty the water out first, thatz wut i did an it worked well. go to www.amwellness.com , look fer the email addy on the bottom an send them yer mailing info an request a free 5x extract sample. they will send u a gram ov it in a white envelope an u cant even tell that therez a bag er anythin in there so itz discreet an all. u will prolly only need half er 3/4 ov the sample to feel it strongly. if u only feel a lil stoned an off balance when u stand up, u dint do it right. use a butane lighter, take bg hitz an hold them in az long az possible. u will kno when uve smoked enuff ov it cuz in the middle ov holdin in a hit, u'll feel like therez sum kinda pressure pushin u down er 2 the side. like a strong wind er sum shit. itz hard 2 explain but u will kno if uve done it right, it duz work.
