97% wood alcohol is sold in plastic bottles and last time i saw the 1.75 litre bottles of everyclear they too were plastic, along with many other brands of 'cheaper liquor'...
but it somehow seems almost blasphemous to even think about putting jack daniels into plastic...!
you shouldn't have anything to worry about, but drink up as fast as possible just to be safe ;)
MmMmmm, Jack.
Wow, alcohol eats away at plastic? Damn, and to think people fucking drink that shit.
ok why did you keep it in a plastic bottle??
when it originally comes in a glass one
i think it will be fine in the plastic. they sell alcohol in plastic bottles at the store.
yah I'm pretty sure the alcohol doesn't eat away at the plastic. Sure alcohol is bad, but it's not acid. And the not good acid either. The burning, hot acid.
Ive heard the same things about it not being good to put it in normal plastic bottles...supposedly you can even notice a plasticy taste...the plastic bottlers that alcohol is sold in may have a different composition than your water bottle...
You can keep gasoline in plastic... your straight beleive me.
