I just heard, Texas cops busted people for drunk in public, in bars.

- And, they arrested a lady in her hotel bar (for drunk in public).

I guess, this is an effort to curb drunk driving.

what do they think bar's are for? it's so stubid how in hellz name could you arrest some one in a bar for being drunk, thats where you order a Taxi cab or somthing when your drunk.

Well, the thing was that this girl from out-of-state, stops in her hotel bar, before going up to her room, and the police came in and arrested her.

She said on the news, "Your state sucks!"

still alcohol is legal, and legal to drink if your over 21, what the hell is the problem?

yea but from my understnding, texas cops have been going into random bars arresting random people for drinking to much.

if i where to go to a bar, thats the frist thing on my mind is to get drunk, then mingo with the people(i am less up tight when drunk)

Veru true. Thats so stupid. Police are getting dumber and dumber. When will it end?

In England they're bringing in a full ban on smoking in public places, thats right, no smoking, in an English pub? besides the fantastic atmosphere and overpriced beer, now I can't even have a fag in public. Soon no talking, no standing, no glasses and no eye contact, they all just cause far too much conflict. One pint a person, and it must be drank from a rubber mug, in the designated drinking corner. Getting arrested for being pissed in a pub man?!?!?! thats like arresting people at legal brothels for soliciting, why set the place up in the first place? I'm sure some police jus get bored and see what they can make ppl do.

I saw an episode of cops once where a couple dudes were hanging around the house and both dudes were drunk. They were both arrested for not having anyone sober to 'supervise'. I think they were playing music too loud or something like that and when the cops showes up, they took them to jail. fucking cops.
