The Hills Have Eyes + LSD-25

I've seen this movie and I absolutely love it. A friend of mine was considering tripping and watching the movie. I of course suggested against it but am just wondering if any of you are that fucking crazy too? :smokin:

That would be crazy. I watched Fear and Loathing during my first acid trip and that movie was trippin me out hard. It got to the point where watching it was too draining and I had to take a break, especially when they first get to the hotel and everyone turns into a lizard.

I find films to be see through as fuck when I'm tripping, I still don't watch tv that much from when I came up on peyote over a year ago watching the shite on the box, it was like every gag, every gesture from the actors, was acted (well no shit) but to a really exaggerrated degree, the fuckin laugh box that they put on some shows is a joke, and everything in general about the tele was shit, like it was just fake as fuck, I kno it is, but b4 then I had never really thought about it, or seen it so clearly.
I was tripping balls to apocolypse now, and couldn't make head nor tail of it, it didn't freak me out, it didn't entertain me, it became a part of everything else to look at and groove on :D So I think you'll be fine, if you start tripping out bad while watching the film, its probs cuz ure in the theatre, or ure just having a few bad thought trails. Oh and I'm not slamming the tv or anything, south park came on after apocolypse now when I was still trippin strong, you know the one where stan gets banished from the town, and gets picked up by the PETA ppl. You remember that one kid who was the offspring of an ostrich and a man? and he was like 'Killlll meeeeeee, kill meeeeee' I laughed for about 20 minutes at that, then flicked the channel over and saw a real baby with defects that looked exactly like the kid from south park, 'Kill meeeeee' started playing in my head, and I proceeded to laugh for another 20 mins (I kno, I kno its shady, the baby can't help it, blablabla, but I really couldn't help laughing, I still laugh thinking about it now)

which hills have eyes, the original or the new one that just came out?

that movie kicks ass but sounds like a bad trip to me...
at least i know i would have one that movie is fuckin crazy
the mutants are so trippy i think i would see the guy in the wheelchair and run out of the theatre

The Hills Have Eyes is not a good movie, sorry. It's not bad, either -- but it could've been a lot better. None the less, getting stoned and heading to the theater to watch it is already fun enough..

i would probaby fall into an acid hole and freak the shits out of myself. once while tripping on less than a quarter lick of acid, i decided to watch Armageddon. i was feeling myself floating out into space, the television was making faces at me,the couch was engulfing me and walkign around the living room and the television was on fire. of course this wasnt real but the whole ordeal was very frightening when i saw myself in the movie. i dont recommend it. to this day i have recurrant dreams of that same trip where im in a spce ship and its on fire.

The last time I tripped and watched a movie was when I watched Stir of Echoes. It wasn't even all that scary, but I was seeing 'ghosts' all night long. kept wigging me out.

It's funny you mention acid and The Hills have Eyes because when I seen the commericial I was like "that must be what an acid trip is like" lol.
