bad idea?

hey all,

a couple weeks ago, i was sneakin through my bro's stuff (shh...don't tell) and i found his glass bowl. i dont think he ever uses it cause ive checked it every time he's away, and its always been there (remember, this is over a few weeks), so i was thinking of trying to buy it from him. here's how ive planned it out:
"hey man, u got any old glass u dont ever use? im sick of foil and shit."
assuming he says yes:
"can i buy it from you?"
assuming he says yes again, i walk away with a new glass bowl

im not sure if he'll consent to me buying it because ive tried to ask him if i could buy some pot from him twice and both times he's turned me down with a tone suggesting that i was stupid to ask in the first place, so in conclusion:

do you guys think this is a bad idea or should i go for it? responses appreciated asap

well, as i am an older brother, i do look out for my sister (now 14, i am 17), if she did start smoking i would hate for her to smoke out of foil. such a nasty & unhealthy thing. and not only that, but i would accually offer to hook her up if she needed any green. just so i know she isnt being ripped off, and i know the herb is straight as i will be smoking it too....i guess thats just me. of course id prefer my sister never smoke, but i know many people do at one point or another and i think having me as an older brother its likely for her. but i make sure to try and show her how important it is to keep it on the DL. im typing about nothing now. hope this has some relevance.

he accepts it and has actually smoked me up before, but he just doesn't wanna sell me any green, but i dont think he'll mind sellin me some glass. idk.

glass is different than weed, some people are wierd about sellin their bags, i'm one of em. my friends always ask me for shit like "2 dollars for a nug" that's scummy and i don't do it

but ask him man. what have u got to lose? if he says no give him money and ask him to go to a headshop and pick u up a piece

just ask him to pick you up a piece at a headshop, give him whatever you think the piece is worth, and he might give it to you :)

like, be all "hey man can you get me a glass bowl?"
Your bro: "yeah, sure man"
You: "okay heres (whatever you thnk its worth)"
and you will either get that piece, or one from a headshop :)

just curious, how old are you and how old is he? maybe he didnt sell you some of his pot because he was low! who want to hook someone else up just to end up leaving yourself dry! i think i would just say hey i found our old pipe can i buy it off you! manybe you could smoke him out, or if he doesnt want to part with it, witch is understanble, i love my pipes then ask him to go buy on for you!:) good luck!

Hah if i were your bro i would give it to you, when you pass down a glass bowl it makes a bond between brothers. Plus u could probably smoke all of the resin outta it and get really baked (assuming he isnt some poor schwag smoker)
