check out Strapping Young Lad....thay may not be EXACTLY what your looking for....but they are very good none the less :)

Check out Willie Nelsons newest album called "Countryman." I know, Willie, so country, but this album IS reggae, plus he's a total pothead so it goes hand in hand.
