How many of you here work out? I usually do 50-60 Pushups a day and 100 sit-ups then go on the weight machine for a while, and every wednesday I have boxing training. :rasta: :thumbsup:

i do about 10 pushups a day....somtimes every other day....it seems kinda pointless to me....all this working out malarky
When I boxed I was as fit as fiddle,but never pumped iron[just circuit training]
When I was playing rugby at uni I put 2 stone of pure beef in the gym and never looked so buff...now my weight bench has a film of dust on it!
I have to work out to stay as sexy as I am.
iv done a lot of martial arts in my time. (well im only 21)
but now i only do muay thai. and i use nunchaku, my weapon of choice! :thumbsup:
I run three miles three times a week, and lift weights two times a week. I also do yoga, and pilates. Working out is essential for a healthy lifestyle. :)
Rock climbing, Valencia Street gym 4x's a week, kayaking, Tae Kwon Do, guitar and fiddle.
My weapon of choice? my mind. It doesnt always work, but what does?

i have lots and lots of sex.plus i work on my lungs.
i do 50 push ups, anywhere between 120 and 300 sit ups, and lift 15 pound dumbells a whole lot of times. i try to do it every day but its more like every other day.
I like to lift heavy glass objects to my face and breath heavily.
Works out the lungs and my right arm.
