I generally tend to go for the classic hits like Pink Floyd ( In particular song like Wish you were here) but like alot of stuff from metallica to rammstein. Also some indie and Nirvana kinds of bands, but what is everyone's favorite type of music or band? :confused:

lots of acid rock and psychadelia. i get inton techno and heavy dance quite a bit. technical death, doom metal, grindcore, black metal, etc some happy hardcore, just because it makes me giggle. some reggae. blues/jazz. classical. shaman-style music (hand drums, sitars, etc)

i love metal such as metallica or megadeth

It depends. I tend to have one or more genres in heavy rotation, and then I'll move on to something else. Overall, I listen to most types of music including trance/jungle, metal (esp. death), rock (classic and otherwise), rap, r&b, ska, punk (real and poppy poser punk. I'm not afraid to admit I listen to emo), reggae. If it sounds good, I'll listen. Just depends on my mood.
Lately I've been listening almost exclusively to r&b and hip-hop.
i like lots of stuff. hippy stuff like the grateful dead and the allman brothers, old country like johnny cash, lynard skynnard and willie nelson, old punk (ramones, wire, buzzcocks, X...) and some new punk (against me!, dropkick murphys), some hardcore stuff (blood brothers), ska, reggea, classic stoner bands (pink floyd, zeppelin, sublime, bob dylan, the beatles, tom petty, bob dylan, 311), girl bands (le tigre, veruca salt, peaches, sleater-kinney), 40's-50's stuff (frank sinatra, peggy lee, rosemary clooney, dean martin), and random shit (cake, gogol bordello, belle & sebastian, beck, 90s rock) and 80s music. lol.
i like music. a lot.
Are you in love with r&b yet?
no. i;m not that into r&b. i do have my guilty pleasure rap songs though (50 cent and the game "hate it or love it", snoop dogg, random other stuff)
