Google wormwood and anise and fennel and cardamom etc. and buy some. I doubt you can just go out and pick them in your backyard. Go to a fucking garden shop or something.
better yet, don't fuck around with something as potentially toxic as wormwood. If you're choosing to try and brew your own absinthe, please, please, be careful...

if you really think about it, it'd probably cost like 2x as much to make it, as it would to just buy it... not to mention you might screw up a few times, and that would add extra costs to it.
