legal herb

I'm a little new to smoking and stuff first of all...I was just wondering because i saw a bunch of those ads selling legal herbs online and stuff and was just curious as to whether those get you high like weed??? As i said i'm a noober to smokin so if i sound stupid just go easy on me lol.

Nothing legal gets you high, except oil based paints, man you roll a basement floor in epoxy and you feel like your playing rollerball with your subconscious, not the new rollerball, but the real badass 70's roller ball.

It's bassically just hemp devoid of THC. won't get you high.
