good conversation starters????

ive decided to tell my dad i smoke, but i need a good conversation starter
its an akward subject and i dont just want to belike dad i smoke i just kinda wanna ease into it. so what would be some good ways???? :confused:

"Hey dad, wanna smoke this joint with me?"

whenever a dont do pot commercial comes on ask him what his view on weed is.

smoke a bowl with him,, then tell him,,, worked great for me

talk about a weed movie like cheech and chong and then be like man i wish i had some bud like that and there ya go if he doesnt respond keep talking about it

This is what i did with my mum
she was stressing real bad one time she had insomnia so i told her to have a joint and she would go to sleep.I told her that i tried that a few times and it worked lol.She didnt have one but from that day on she knew i puffed lol

I would respect it more if my kids just came up and said 'hey I want to talk about something' and we'd sit down and get to it. I know thats a big step and would take loads of nerves so its not so easy as it sounds. But, the reward is greater.
In my family we keep things open ( so far not quite teenagers ) and have regular informal 'family meetings' and talk about everything . I hope to keep that going to avoid the difficult situation you are in now.

I just let my old man know, we were visiting some family outside of Gatineu, Quebec...anyways my uncle started rolling one on the table, so i threw some in...well odds are your not gonna be that lucky...
See if you can find something he can relate to, and put a spin on that i geuss.

Maybe say that you are thinking abvout trying it. See what he thinks about it from there.

well i told him at dinner and at first he was a bit pissed and shocked and then we talk about it so now hes not too thrilled with the idea butif i show i can get on the right tracaka get good grades he will probably let me smoke on weekends...thx anyway
