throw it in MS paint and shrink that mofo! It may not be as pretty as photo shop, but you can get a nice picture of his face if you want!

paint huh ?? how do ya resize it to 100x100 pixels??

use the little box tool, surround the whole thing, click the corner, drag it to the best size! :)

if help but you just inspired me to get my avatar up and running!

go to paint go to open and then when its opened go to image atttributes and then put 100 by 100 in the text box then save it.

that crops the picture though, you wont get the full affect of the ladies man.

Here you go brother. Welcome to the forums. I used Photoshop CS for Mac. I also digitally enhanced the image to keep it looking like the original.
