Yeah, that maybe one of the more ignorant things I've ever heard. Straight edge kids don't do drugs/alcohol/cigs etc. Assholes are people that jump other people for not being the same. Sometimes straight edgers are assholes, i would say most of the time they have nothing to do with each other. I was straigt-edge for many years, and had plenty of friends who used drugs, and quite frankly i was for legalization etc. I just didn't want that shit in my life.
chill out man, i assume your talking about hardcore straight edges, one of my best friends is one and ive never heard of straight edge kids "jumping" other kids for smoking and drinking. dont talk shit about people you know nothing about.

Again, this has nothing to do with emo. Its a name for a lifestyle choice. That lifestyle being no drugs, period. Most don't even use otc pain killers and such.

forestcouch, sorry if i offended you but the ones over here do jump poeple of that being my best friend who is the hospital at the moment. Straight Edges are an extreme porblem where i live.
