I have never seen this, though I have heard of it. Can you make it or do you have to buy it, and what exactly is it?

Kief is just hash that hasn't been compressed into a block. It looks like sand or brown sugar. Just sprinkle it into your joint with either tobacco or bud, or better still put it in a bong. This stuff gets you really fuckin smashed, it's stronger than hash because the crystals haven't been damaged that much so the THC hasn't been degraded into other cannabinoids which don't get you high. Another name for kief is 'pollem'. You can buy it but at extortionate prices, it's a fuckin rip off. It's pretty rare on the street though, you don't see that much of it. It's kind of a delicacy, a very nice smoke. You can buy machines or devices which remove the crystals from the buds.
