Weed and Sleep?

The other night two days after smoking when I was trying to go to sleep I felt high and kept jumping up (sort of like if you zone out when high). I kept waking up throughout the night also. Anyone else have problems involving smoking and sleep trouble? I have some bad allergies atm too which have been making me feel out of it so that could be it but just figured I'd see what you guys had to say.

no i get bad sleep with alcohol but great sleep with weed.....

i get the best sleep wen i smoke its like a close my eyes next thing i know i open them and i slept like 10 hours so good

yea last week i was sick and didnt smoke for 5 days and every night sucked compared to when i smoke weed and sleep, so much better, no waking up randomly throughout the night

yeah, sleep without weed just isn't the same
