Attention World - HELP NEEDED test in 3 days

my first post so please bear with me

i have a blood and urine test in 3 days, im 5'9 skinny all over except for a little bit of a pot belly, i quit smoking 27 days ago, i used to smoke between 1 an 2 grams of potent skunk everyday if not more for at least 10years, i have been going the gym swimming and 15 mile bike rides daily for past 3 weeks without fail even done some circuit training classes. i also ate fish rice etc and cut bad fats out, but im still pissin positives on home test!!!

im planning on using the dilution method i have bought....

creatine monohydrate pills 750mg each
b2 vitamins
aspirin
tums

and im thinking of buying gatorade because ive heard it will help with specific gravity and the ph? is powdered or the actual liquid bottles best? is it better than using just water? its quite expensive as i live in uk and its not as common, would monster energy drinks do instead??

ive been loading creatine 6 pills a day since 3 days ago and plan on upping that 2 days prior to test

i have passed tests at home by diluting with water but i am worried the ph and specific gravity wont be right if i use just water thats why i got the tums will it hurt to get gatorade aswell its £13 for 6 x 590ml bottles or £10 for 2.5 gallons of powdered stuff (plus £7 postage) u mix up yourself. (or will monster energy drinks do? the in the shop top of my street £1 for 500ml)

i realy cant afford to fail this test its costing me £240 to go for a dvla medical to get my license back (i drunk drove when i was 20 im 31 now) please please any help and advice greatly needed. Has anyone been through a dvla medical??

i have just done a home test, the strips are made by a company called first sign and i think ive passed, im currently eating like a pig burgers steaks cakes etc due to the fact i read that you should stop exercise on week before real test and eat big. i have drank about 1 litre of water today over a 7 to 8 hour period

it is a faint line but is it a pass?? the other line is very dark, my pee was yellow and had bubbles at top Attachment 293226

That's a pass...I see the line. A line is a line.

BUT you need to make sure you're testing the first void of the day. Only by testing negative over several days with the first void can you be sure if you're clean enough to pass a UA.

thanks for the response, why does it have to be the first pee of the day?? i was going to dilute but because i passed this without drinking excessive fluid im thinking i dont have to now it was about my 3rd or fourth pee of the day when i done this test today, would that not be sufficient?? i thought it would be better with normal pee than diluting to pass my proper test, for that home test i never took any stuff to help me and i figure i drank a normal amount of fluid through the day or is it still dirty and they will they pick this up in the lab? should i still dilute on the day??

and i thought i was clean? would my pee now not have all the right things in it and less thc so its a pass

im confused, 2 days ago i was positive now im in limbo lol

Ok, so why the first one in the morning? Wont most tests be done well after your void of the day?

ok now I see said the blind man! I heard of liver detoxes natural herbs and such that are 12 day detoxes. would that help clean the pee? I am not speaking of the magic elixers that dilute...
