the first one is small branchy plant and the second is tall but still bushy, the first one is a little over a foot tall the second is about 2 feet and sum odd inches
I'd like to suggest something but I can't. My plants get trimmed right from 2" tall and that can't be done now.

With a lead like that, it should almost be required that you do!
thanks shovel handle so i have every leaf and stem on it even the first two should i leave it?
Should you cut anything off?
Well, now that the plant is ready to go to flower it's too late for some of the cropping techniques. Also, a lot depends on what you are going to do. Indoor or outdoor? Container or in the ground? If indoors what kind of set-up as far as medium and lighting? Size of container? With plants that tall going into flower I hope you are going outdoors or have some strong lighting. Let us know a little more and we can suggest some things to do the best with these plants. Hurry! If you do any trimming you may want to give the plant some time to recover before going into bloom cycle.
