Got Bored, Built a Grow Space, With Pics...

Here we go now. i can show Yall. I spent about two hours today constructing my own grow space. I have three seedlings (soon to be my mother plants) that are were too big for the space I had them in. And my main grow room is currently full of flowering clones. The space I built is rectangle, about 3'6" long, 2'6" wide, and 6' tall. I had no help from my significant other who.was.stuck on the ps3, so I'm very proud ( seeing as I'm all of 5'3" and 120 lbs) I used two by fours, insulation, plastic, and silverboard insulation. Like I said its kind of thrown together because I used what I had laying around in the garage. I only have one 250watt light in it, but that's fine cuz their still kind of small. Damn, hope you find more stuff in the garage for tomorrow's boredom! Have you decided which medium you like the best to grow in yet? Should be interesting to follow! Looks good! pr

No idk which medium I like best. Hopefully the results of my dwc experament will help me decide ;)
Oh, and I fucked up ma finger.... A small price for the shelter of my babies!! Lmao. It's all good though, gotta love the carpentry! ;)

Lol that could be convienient. ;) should I switch it to the 18/6 light schedule now? Cuz right.now they're on 24 hr I don't think.that's necessary anymore do u? Also would it hurt to have the light higher than two feet? Because my bulb is pretty hot, and my box is a little too well insulated. :stoned: I need to get a fan but for now could I just raise.the.light so I don't.fry my leaves?

You did a great job on your room! I mean that! Looks very functional. Go ahead and change the timer. You'll do no harm by turning it back. When you get the fan,install it at the top with a passive opening at the bottom,with a backdraft damper. You'll be GOLDEN! Proud of ya progress! Unlike most.. You will research your endeavors! Thx Ga. I'm goin to get a fan in there asap! I woke up and it was 89degrees in there! (*Tiny freakout*)
I opened the front door up to let it air out and gave em a shot of Co2. I had a hypoalergenic microfiber water heater air filter thing, I cut out some space at the top for the hot air to rise out ( that's where ill put my fan once I buy it) and stuck the filter over it. Its now closed up with a somewhat high but stable temp of 78 degrees. :jointsmile:

You said that light was a 250 watter. Is it a hps or mh ? and were did you get it. I like those smaller lights.I am looking for some more equipment and trying to find good deals. I have 7 different grow space's . I do mostly auto's so i use many smaller lights. most my space's are 3x3 or so.Anyway was looking to get some new hps 250. was just wondering if that is what your light was and how much it ran you?

It's a hps . But it takes either bulb if you wanna put the mh one in. It was one eighty with the ballast. I traded my homie my six hundred watt for the two fifty watt. Not for keeps but because I needed a smaller light and he needed a bigger one. ;)
