My marijuana-induced weightlifting workout!
THE BEST WORKOUT OF MY LIFE!
I took your advices and decided to blaze up in the bathroom.
Next thing you know... baam I feel totally disconnected, no longer feel my body, and everything is wayyy slow
I run my way downstairs into the preacher curl room, and immediately pick up a 70 lb barbell. I start curling, and as I curl, I have this whole dream flash before my own eyes! It was me in the future, lifting right in a battlefield, and I lost sense of reality totally!
Next thing I know, somebody shakes me, I regain consciousness, find that I am still curling the 70lb barbell, as I have been for the last 3 minutes!
It was AMAZING, best workout of my life!
I was giggling through the entire workout, felt no pain, and thought only happy, positive thoughts! Usually when I workout im very negative about it..not this time! Did I mention that my bicep workout was over 2 and a half hours, and it all seemed like 10 friggin minutes!
Another amazing thing...I was able to control what I feel, so I commanded my brain to feel a surge of orgasm in my bicep region as I contracted the weights...and that happened! I felt an orgasm-like sensation on my biceps, and pain was modified into pleasure!!!!!!!!!! ORGASMIC PLEASURE!
Sorry about the rambling, Im just freaking out here. Later im going to blaze up in the bathroom, get myself 2x higher than I was yesterday, and do back!

working out while high is awesome. I was able to lift a good 45 pounds more when i was benching because i was stoned and couldn't really feel the pain of the weights... and people say marijuana makes people lazy... sheesh :P.

Yeah i love workin out high, helps me concentrate and really get into my work outs.
oh and dont just concentrate on getting big biceps man that wont do anything for you, try and work a different set of muscles each work out.

You should work on your triceps and shoulders for a more complete arm. Just a suggestion, but stoned workouts are awesome, your right :)

try it in your gym and let me know how it turns out to be climbing high!
You must however...be VERY HIGH (I recommend taking a lot of hits) because there is a vast difference being High, and being STONED. Nobody wants to work out stoned...stoned=latheragic apathetic, sluggish tiredness. Now high=Distorted perception of pain, Distorted perception of energy, Extreme manifested motivation.WHen I am high, I am motivated. WHen I am stoned, I am knocked out.
Next week when my uncle comes over to workout with me, I will blaze up again. SO keep your eye out for my weekly report of workout gym reports under blazing conditions :)

yeah i love working out high, i can lift more strangely enough, and i get 'sucked in' to each exercise big time

Working out while your high also boost your metabolism and burns more fat so if you work out to lose weight it's really good, but if you work out for strenghth you should munch afterwords so you don't lose to much weight.
