Only patients/caregiver model is written. If no explict provider language is included, they are excluded under the colorado CSA... commonsense rules?
Wow,... the westword would report something like that!? :wtf:
Not trying to be a dick, but I'm curious what makes you think you are such an expert in the law, particularly Colorado law, especially since I find most of your posts, including this one, to be pretty much unintelligible.Quote:

They along with Wanda James were CMMR before it imploded. Avoid Budding Health AT ALL COSTS. Spread the word.
if he could, he'd make it so he was the only legal producer in the state.

Is anyone else getting a vibe that this rep doesn't give a rats ass about patients? He tore a bill up because of one activist recording him? maybe they got into a heated arguement, doesn't matter, he just showed his real colors.
Not taken as you being a dick and can understand your reason for your question...Quote:

I suppose if it was, we wouldn't be here all trying to make some sort of common-sense of what these fools are doing..
Have you figured it out yet? Well neither have they..:D
One does not have to be an expert in law to understand it, nor explain it.. you just need to have a license to practice it in a court of law...
You ask about my expertice.. WAG THE DOG.
Medical marijuana law is complex if you make it complex... and they make it real complex...they do this for a reason.
Now colorado mmj law is no different in foundation than any other state.. it is built upon public policy which doesn't exist but, we want it to exist cause we the people voted it in...IT IS OUR RIGHT DAMN IT !!
I as well as my family members and friends are affected negatively by our PUBLIC EMPLOYEES mis-applying our laws!!!
Come to find out though, our foundation we rest our lovely rights on, do not exist !!! So says every mmj state court so far, backed by federal courts...
So, as an advocate of our rights to have our employees offer honest services to the public... we must do some changes to our mmj laws to come into public policy compliance across the board...so we retain our rights to actually have some sort of standing without the cluter-fuck chit going on in every state...
Gonzales v. Oregon clearly lays down how this is done... SCHEDULE II. So when you are an advocate as I am, you tend to insert yourself into the mess and untangle the knotts..
Secondly, I take our leo to court in my county on P.C. criminal charges... I don't play well with others whom don't offer honest services to the public..;)
May I suggest if you find my post unintelligble to go here and research.

Educate yourself in how our public employees interpret our we the people voted in cannabis laws..and when we don't agree and sue them for it..what those courts response is...
This is how one finds the flaws in the laws to change them for the better of us patients...
I only wish to point out the flaws, get them fixed and keep these asshole public employees out of our medical decisions...
Aside from that.. sorry if I have bothered you.:pimp:
The westword is not the place I recomend you get most of your news from.I do check them out a couple times a week.I find they do come up with some good stuff some times.:rastasmoke::stoned:Quote:
