Little flying buggy thingy's
I have had great success with Hot Shots keeping the likes of Spider Mites away. However today I spotted these tiny little flying bugs that are either on or in just the soil. They don't seem to be on the plants. I'm 3 weeks away from harvest. What are they? Should I be concerned? How do I get rid of them? Etc etc etc..... :smokin:

Thanks for that. We're burried under a bunch of snow and sands not readily avail. idea for a store. Home depot, Ace? Can those gnats cause damage? I'll trek out after a bit of melt.

Haven't tried the sand thing,.... Tho haven't had a problem with fungus gnats either ;)
Diatomaceous earth might work too. And as an added benefit, it adds silica which helps strengthen stems if added early.

I might have these too :O
I saw one in my grow closet but both my plants are seedlings right now and are covered with plastic wrap.
Should I be worried about them? Way to prevent/kill them?
Right now I just put a hotshot type strip in.
