400 mh and 400 hps hydro

Hello friends! been getting bags from friends only the good stuff cuz if it dont have a name i dont smoke it lol. Not sure where to buy the real seeds without getting ripped off heard all the horror stories. Anyways my friend went to get the usual and this stufff looked like it been under some stress and we ended up finding one seed in the whole oz. So i thought what the hell and planted it in rock wool and just got the nutes up to full strength...adv gro bloom mic. i have lights on a 24/7 sch. 1 mh 400 and 1 hps 400 it seems to be loving it. ive always heard about using both is it really worth it? and 18/6 vs 24/0 u always get mixed thoughts on that so its an experiment let me kno what u guys think

Outside the fact it looks pretty young for full strength nutes and imo serious overkill with lights atm, it's green and growing. Looks good so far.

so which light would do better the hps or the mh im open to any ideas i can get, and i made a bubbleponics 5 gallon how do i know when to transfer it.

Yes MH for veg and HPS for flower but I would have left it under a CFL or Floro for a while longer. When you say Bubbleponics are you talking DWC?? If so I'm not sure why your in a bucket filled with Hydrotron /shrug

right now its in 2.5 liter pot with drip. and yes dwc 5 gallon i plan to transfer it to that. Ive made single systems because in recirculating dwc what happens to one happens to all imo.

Anyways the plant looks good but I agree with tiny. Very young for full nutes and the lights. You can save yourself some cash by using a CFL or two right now. How do you plan on transplanting it later? It will be very stressful to just pull it out of the rocks and try to make it fit into a netpot...

I dont know maybe I read it wrong because I am very medicated.

Thanx for quick replies i cut it down to just the mh im holding at 73 degrees. What better way to take bag seeds grow em and sell it back to the guy pedaling this crap they call weed lol. Honestly just tired of paying for it id rather pay my light bill. Ur right tho u slap a fancy name and price went up 40 bucks lol. A zip of a strain like nyc is 440 here and i just cant do it anymore. About the five gallon i would have to start it in it? Proly be the best idea its lookin like. Any of you that reside in Cali, i envy U

here is the route I take.
Germ seed in whatever method works best for you.
When seed cracks and lil root appears place in a Rapid Rooter and place under a CFL 23w Daylight bulb.
When sprout emerges place a small fan to create a gentle breeze to make stem stronger.
Hand water with PH'd water with a drop of Superthrive and lights 24/7.
When roots appear to be coming out of rooter place in small cup or pot with small amount of Hydrotron.
When you can see definite signs of "growing" the root system should be well on the way to being established and time to go to the netpot and under big lights.
4 weeks veg and 9-12 weeks flower and you are playing in green happiness.

well its been a little over a week so i thought id give u guys an update. 1 400 watt mh 24 hours a day and full strength nutes. ill post the pics in order. so i think its doin pretty well. Does anyone know how big i should let it get before cloning? and thanx tiny i just got some afgan hybrid im about to germ ill try ur method thanx
