I assume you're talking about the reporting... what a piece of shit article... ZERO information on the bust. Wish they would've done their job.Quote:

Sounds like Broomfield is not very friendly.
I guess Broomfield is just ready to screw 'em all. 23 active marijuana investigations. there must be no other crime there. the economy is tough - if they have this much time to devote to weed - lay some of them off!

On this mornings news it stated that there have been no charges filed. I wonder if he has not been charged how is this news, hell even if he has been charged 26 plants is not exactly busting a mexican cartel. Did they take his plants and equipment?
I felt pretty good for awhile, I am a hobby grower and feel if they want to bust this 56 year old woman for a few plants...well, let them. I really felt it was all about the large grows of 100 plants or so, guess I was wrong.
Wonder if this guy was doing alot of talking, or if he was not medical. Maybe both
Yeah, he's probably not legal. And if he was, he was probably talking too much and violating the plant limit... Nice of them to not mention any of that in the article though.
I'm thinking he shipped (mailed) the two five pound packages of MJ to California, and THAT is what led them to bust him.
That still being a State and Federal crime. They are likely trying to see if, or how, they can charge him under the propagation and distribution charges.
I also wouldn't doubt that, they might try to hold out for HB10-1284 to pass then add a few more on top too. However 26 plants is less then the number allowed for five patients. So, he won't even need a grower license under the new rules at that count.
