No worries. The bottom won't fall out of the market with legalization in Kalifornia. It will just become a big exporting state, lol.
Not my fault they didn't think of market diversity. Put all your eggs in one basket, watch what happens.Quote:

It's all about I want to keep making the ILLEAGLE money. It's all about GREED.
What about the people ?
Selfish BASTARDS.
I think this is good, it gets rid of the people making money off of the crop, and makes it so people don't have to spend(as much) money to get it. Don't see the problems there.

Should've gone with some market diversity. There's always a market for consultation services just waiting to be explored in the cannabis sector.
exactly! I have a few grower friends who dont want it legal either. I grow, but for personal use and so i don't have to pay the high prices on the street and in the dispensaries. Actually, I can get it ALOT cheaper on the street than in the legal clubs set up for MMJ. If we are trying to prove that MMJ is better than pharmacuetical companys...then we should act like it and not jack up prices!Quote:

i cant wait until its legalized, and come november, ive got a sneaking suspicion its going to happen. if you read the article in the LA Times on the issue , theres a provision in the whole thing that gives the CITIES AND COUNTIES the okie dokie to grow and sell themselves. in shasta county, the moratoriums in the cities, ect started just about time they started talking legalization the last time around, which would lead a person to believe that they also feel its going to be legalized, giving them the opportunity to sort of "corner the market" so to speak.
as far as the bottom dropping out of the market, yes, i myself believe that if it is legalized, more people would be growing their own legally and the demand will go way down, so yes, it will sharply affect the illegal growers and sellers out there, and that my friends is whats going to get it passed. im with moody, i grow my own for my own personal use as i cant see paying those high ass prices for something i can grow myself. as soon as its legalized, there will be MJ cafe's opening up everywere and prices will be LOW.
im 100000000000% for complete and total legalization. californias always the example state, so hopefully if its legalized here, other states will follw suite
This is all great, wonderful in fact, but the average grower will not produce Grade AA weed. Even the cafe's will have inconsistent weed. Cost will be the same and risk is gone, so the reduction in price should be good all around as the grower can grow more to compensate. If they grow good stuff they will always have their product in demand.
Every Tom, Dick, and Harry will grow. Only a few will really have awesome stuff, about the same as now, with a flood of garbage. Folks will be forced to grow their own to avoid the rip-offs that will occur.
I don't understand how the world's best cannabis can only be grown in Humboldt... :wtf: What a load of crap.
