I'm asking because a lot of the dispensaries we work with are wondering. We know of one dispensary that submitted their application on the first day and is still waiting for the license.
Any word out there?

I called them up to see what sort of time frame I was looking at and they basically laughed at me and said "I have no idea, we have just begun inspections..."Quote:

the dispensary that was #71 (not naming) in line just got a call two days ago and picked-up their signiture sheet today. but they were in before dec. 15th-so i wonder if they're doing all the ones they don't have to measure first-or if it doesn't take as long since someone doesn't have to come out and measure the zoning regulations first. I heard through the grape-vine that a lot of dispensaries in those old houses are zoned R4 and are getting calls that they failed and have to find a new place (ouch!). the other reason others are failing are incomplete applications or false/wrong information.
**edit**
I just scrolled downt he forums list and was surprised i didn't see The Denver Releaf Center post-they are one of the ones that failed. That I heard through word of mouth, so it's entirely possible not.
We have all signature's except Excise and License. Last one on the list. Put a call in a day ago, and haven't heard back yet.

Huh. I hope that's not true about ReLeaf. I wonder what happened?Quote:

How do you go about finding a kitchen to use?Quote:
