Ok, so I just fimmed two plants, both slightly different. I think I missed the miss :/ Any input would be appreciated as always

looks good, but you will know if its a success in a week or so. Some plants do not like fimming, I have found this with sativa dom strains.
ahhh. I believe those two were PPP. hope they respond well. do you know which was more correct? one I did a bit lower than the other...
by the way, love your avatar, gir is the shit. the girl isnt so bad, either
When I fim, I aim for the 2nd pic, and it works great. :stoned:
hope you're right, cuz I just fimmed 16/18 of them. (two aren't ready imo)
you want to knock ~80% off and leave 20.

You get a feel for it over time, the worst that will happen is nothing. Your cuts look good!
I tried "Fim" a long time ago when I first got into growing,I decided that "topping" was way more effective.Maybe try some of each and see what you think.

That's what I was aiming for, just wasn't sure if I should include the bit of stem before the fluffy bit of leafy growth, or if I even got it at the right point at all. The diagram floating around only shows a top view after the cut, so I wasn't too sure.Quote:

Though as of yet I don't see how this is possible via cutting that bit of new leaf growth off. I thought the point was to make more side "branches" into main branches. I just don't see how fimming will produce more branches. But I guess in time (hopefully) I'll figure it out :DQuote:
