Where would I be allowed to cultivate marijuana professionaly?
I dont even know if this is the right spot, but it seemed good enough.
Basically where im at right now, times are rough, im in huge amounts of debt from college, and after being graduated for over a year now, I still havent got a single interview :(
I think its time for me to find a new field, and well....I love marijuana, ive successfully grown it (soil/hydro/indoor/outdoor/stealth and in the open)
I think its actually pretty fun, one of my favorite hobbies, and I think if I could do it legally somewhere and earn enough money off it to make a decent living for myself, I could live a pretty happy life :rasta: . id be doing something I enjoy and love.
as of right now im pretty sure thats not gonna happen anywhere in the united states, but what about canada or any other countries across the world? nothing 3rd world though im not trying to get kidnapped and killed for being a westerner lol.

Get to any and all function put on by ASA, NORML, MMP and others. Its excellent for finding a legal solution to your search. Many people have similar goals and need solutions, also.
Clubs and delivery services are ALWAYS looking for good qualified growers. The problem is that everyone talks a good story but few can grow the premium strains required by the Medical Clubs.
Good luck and yes, it is tons of fun......

I've had this dream aswell (like quite a few have I suspect), holland would be the obvious answer but there is a limit on plants there, remember you have seed banks that operate at least semi legally from holland (I'm pretty sure sensi seeds do it legally somehow I remember seeing it on a documentry about howard marks I think)
However I also did see a police raid in dam where they were busting someone for having way too many plants.
But hey someone has to supply the coffee shops with top quality marijuana and hashish, but it would be a costly procedure to set up a business with all the lighting ventilation etc and you say you're already pretty skint. Also I doubt your bank manager would give you a business loan to grow pot.
Why don't you see if you can get a job in one of the seed banks in canada or holland learn the trade etc.

Where would I be allowed to cultivate marijuana professionaly?

In Humboldt County, you can grow up to 99 plants for medical reasons.

This government still considers Federal law to trump State law on this issue. You will fuckin get raided by DEA don't do it. Even the California police sometimes say they will violate the State Constitution to uphold the federal law over the state... which means in California they should probably be behind bars... or at least doing community service while on unpaid leave.

And that's why there is a lawsuit going to the California State supreme court. The sad thing is the elected officials have sworn to uphold state laws not federal. The Supreme Court has said that the feds can't make state officials help them. Too bad they don't believe that. :(
Every LEO that violates state law should be removed and sued. The sheriffs should be made to pay back all the taxpayer money they waste illegally prosecuting those who pay their salaries by ignoring their will. It's a matter of the voters not making their officials uphold state laws and allowing this to continue. People need to take to the streets en mass if they really want their laws to be upheld, or at the very least write the officials to express their dissatisfaction with them. Sadly people will barely vote let alone care if anyone upholds their vote.
Ah the complacency of an easy life. Too bad everyone else isn't in the pain that I am maybe they'd want to change things too. Who knows. I just wonder what they'll use as an excuse if congress actually passes the legalization bill recently. :hippy:
As far as legal businesses there is no such thing anywhere in any country except Canada. And I'm sure they have a limit on how many companies can supply Health Canada with medical cannabis. Cannabis is NOT legal in the Netherlands. It's just that they choose when to enforce the law selectively. Growing and selling is really putting your balls on the line. Only those willing to lose everything should get into professional growing anywhere IMHO.
I do agree to go and get a job with an already existing company especially those that have already been left alone for a good amount of time. But you should realize that they may not be left alone forever so there is still risk. I think though you are at significantly less risk working for someone else but ask those who worked for Richard Baghdadlian the owner of Overgrow.com et al. or Marc Emmery's employees.
If you make yourself a target you're bound to get hit with something. That's why so many are hiding. :sadcrying It's the fear that will bring us down. We have to be willing to fight and lose everything lest we gain nothing. Or even worse we gain conditional approval. Better to ask forgiveness then permission or else you'll live your life on someone else's terms. Just my :twocents:
Blessed be~
