What if there is no temp change between night and day??

What if the steady temp in the room is 80F? I know people say a 10 degree change is good but what if it stays the same temp? This is during flowering cycle.......

In a perfect world there would be a difference between night and day temps; however, I believe you'll be fine.

You will have less stretch than you would have had you grown the plants with a 10-15'F temp difference. This is used in commercial greenhouses as a technique to keep plants short and bushy.

Thanks for the responses, I heard somewhere else that it will make the buds airy? Any truth to that?

I have not yet heard that one. Airy buds are usually from:
-Sativa genetics
-Insufficient light
-Hot temperatures

i dont think 82 is hot enough to make them 'airy'.........they prob wont be as dense as say 75 degrees but really, who would notice?.......if you have a constant flow of new air to your girls, 82 should be alright. i wouldnt go about 85 though.:twocents:

well what if 85 and 90 is all i can manage due to hot climate changes and insufficient exhaust...? i know i need better exhaust but this is all i can affford now, starting new plant from seed in this climate... so its not a dramatic change... any tips on this????

If you can't get temps below 85-90, don't worry about bud density... worry about plant health. If you get any bud at all you're already ahead of the game.
