We'll help you if we can, but your questions are too ambiguous.

Grow light? What kind of grow light? Fluorescent? Incandescent? HPS? MH?

just to provide lumens and some heat for humidity and such.
Lumens are good. Heat will not create humidity. It will actually decrease humidity.

the main light is a plant light putting out red and blue light.
??? Again, exactly what kind of 'plant light' are you talking about? What spectrum? How many watts?

low sodium metal haloid light. 2 of them.
There's no such thing as far as I know.
Are you talking about a High Pressure Sodium lamp? Metal Halide? How many watts? What kind of reflector?

the light on the right is just a 60 watt light providing some more lights and lumens i guess.
Same questions as above. Fluorescent? Incandescent? What spectrum? etc...

they are in some off-bran potting soil right now, just transfered them.
What kind of potting soil? Organic? Aggregate? Did you add anything for drainage?
Nutrients?

plants are two in a half weeks in and recieving 6 hours of dark now. oh, and the light is about a foot up from the plants
please provide any advice. ill take any. and i dont claim to know anything. thank you.[
If everything is as it should be (lights, soil, temperature. PH, humidity, etc), 6 hours of dark should be good until you flower them.
How close the light should be, depends on all the questions above.
