Ok well i live in Spokane,Washington its pretty gay here, anyways im currently 15 and a sohpmore. i dont really go to school and if i do i just go to lunch and 4th period, we only have 4 periods, anyways ok ya so does anyone know about the Becca Bill because i got my first petition filed against me stating i have to go to school, and now im going to end up going to court soon, luckly because my mom is trying not to be a bitch when i go in front of the judge my mom is going to tell them that i wasnt at school because i dont like going and it was her fault i couldnt get into the other school(im currently trying to get into an alternative school where you only go once a week for 2 hours) ya i dont know what the point of this thread is but ya just thought id share or something lol...ramble ramble ramble

no i would but i think it will be better in the long rong to have a highschool diploma for like jobwise, maybe im just dumb for tihnkin that but ya

how do you expect to get a diploma if you are hardly even going to school? just wondering...

because you still get a high school diploma for going to the other school you just only go one day and u get packets every 3 weeks each packet is a credit so ya.

without some sort of college degree its extremley difficult to get a job that pays over 25,000 a year

Many of my freinds have turned to the route you have..Droped outta school got a job and moved on in life..They go to school 1-2 times a week for 2-3 hours (however long it takes for them to take there tests) then there out of school until the following week. They get all there work on mondays and are expected to complete it by the following week. This is a easy and fast way for most kids to make up credits and get there deploma. Im in the same situation as you i ditch school alot, and get truency notice's alot. Basicly they tell my parents how many hours of school I have missed and tell them if it happens agin they are taking my parnets to court and fineing them. I dont really see why they go after the parents when its my fault for not following threw. Anyway they are basicly trying to get money out of your parents because they arnt making all the money they should. School's only get paid for every student in addendice (sp?) on that school day. So if you dont go they dont get there money thats why they take roll. If they got paid the same amount of money everyday for just being there then they wouldnt give a rats ass about you or your eduaction.

silly becca bill, i was skipping alot of school in 10th grade, not because of drugs, i wasnt doing drugs, and they slapped the becca bill in my face, now that i look back on it, it made me go back to school for some reason, not because of the punishment (volunteer hours that i never did and it just went away when i turned 18) but because of...i dont remember or know why exactly. the judge was nice and it got me back to school and i never left again.
