So I smoke madddd blunts..

Alright so yeah I smoke mad blunts. I love them and prefer to smoke a blunt over just about anything else while I realize their are more efficient ways of gettin high..
I do not smoke cigarettes for health and financial reasons, but am curious as to how carcinogenic blunts are. I mean I know there isn't any conclusive evidence linking cannabis to cancers, in fact, there are studies out there concluding just the opposite, but how bad is the actual blunt wrap for your health. I'm talkin about like dutches and phillies and that kinda thing. I'm almost certain they can't be good for you but are they carcinogenic? And if so, is the damage significant?..

I'm no professional, but I'd say smoking mad blunts is a lot worse than cigarettes even. Because, although the only reason people buy dutches and phillies are to roll blunts, you're not supposed to inhale that paper anyway (it has traces of nicotine, too). I'd think they are carcinogenic, but only if you're smoking lots.
I love blunts too, and used to chief them 7 days a week just like you, but lately I've been enjoyin the bong. I still enjoy a nice blunt like once a week though.

blunts dont really get me as high as i want to be
last night me and my boyz smoked like 6 blunts
in like two hours [real good bud too]
and as soon as they left i was sober again
i took one good bong rip and i was good
blunts are good in groups only cuz the weed lasts longer

Blunt wraps contain tobacco. Tobacco is carcinogenic. The fact that its only the wrapping that is tobacco just means that you inhale less carcinogens than cigarette smokers. So unless "mad blunts" means enough so that you inhale as much tobacco smoke as a cigarette smoker, then blunts are much much safer than cigarettes. However, they still are carcinogenic.

I smoke quite a few blunts myself, and I'm pretty sure they are horrible for you. I'll stop someday.

lol why do smokers suffer much higher rates of lung cancer than the general population ? if there is no link between cannabis n cancer ;)

I used to smoke a lot of blunts too, They make your throwt raw as hell and its easy to get infections, plus you gotta use tons of listerine. But other than that they rock with occasion.

what I was sayinggg was that there is no conclusive link between cannabis (meaning the bud itself and nothing more) and cancer. I was getting to the question about whether what I was wrapping my cannabis with was carcinogenic.
in a bit..
Oh and yeah... I maintain that while there are no known links between cannabis (the plant) and cancer, there are studies that conclude just the oppositePot Shrinks Tumors
