which one to grow?

I have considered growing a small plant outdoors something with a low THC level that is well suited for this on/off weather we keep having.

Any ideas.

Why would you want low THC? Its too late in the year for outside. Start next year a week or two after the last frost.

i do want the plant to smell too much and attract neighbours attention.

It is pretty cold in UK right know but during the day there is a good amount of sun. Any lines of cannabis out there that can survive wet cold UK weather?

yes it will
i have grown bagseed in armidale and the night temps there are ussally minus
the puddles freeze over
but the sun in the day is great

how can you grow them in that weather?

You can't. All the other plants die off when it gets cold enough to freeze water. Cannabis is no different.
