stock up on healthier, but tastey, munchies like fruit and stuff. Also, you could try eating a big bowl of oatmeal before you smoke. Lots of cardio. Etc, etc.

I have found Like unknown says buy healthier stuff. You will still munch but it will be on better stuff. Since I have been dieting I wont even buy the junk anymore more because as long as its not there I wont eat it. Most of the time though I try to find something else to occupy my mind usually the munchies will go away .

I'd say cut down on meals. I'm 6'6 210-15.5 and I lost 50lbs over the summer. I'd just say eat small meals if you can and cut out red meat and pork as hard as that may sound. It worked for me and a lady friend and I know meat stays in your stomach for three months so their might be something to that diet. If you want to look trim then work out but the only way to loose weight is to cut down on food, working out will have you gaining muscle.God luck mate and at the end of the day different strokes for different folks:thumbsup:

Actually, if you put on more muscle, you will lose weight faster, as muscle burns far more calories even at rest. You should eat less breads and sweets, but keep your meat. Cut down on cheese, but don't eliminate it, eat more rice and oatmeal for your complex carbs, eat fish and chicken primarily for meat, as they have less fat than beef or pork. Steak is excellent if you can make a good one. Work out as much as you can, and if possible, balance your cardio with weight training so you are burning lots of calories, but you are also building muscle, and that muscle burns even more calories even while you sleep. If you stick to it, in about a month or month and a half, you'll have lost quite a bit of weight, and probably even get significantly buffer. ;)

Replace the foods you eat now with healthier foods. Doing small things like if you are ordering a burger, don't have it with fries and coke, instead with a banana and water.
Doing things like taking the stairs, instead of the elevator. Make your life more manual.
Don't think of it as losing weight. Think of it as a weight maintenance. Once you lose the pounds, it doesn't end there. You have to maintain it.
A combination of cardio and weight training will do wonders as well. But you gotta find exercise you enjoy. Otherwise you won't stick to it.
