Smoothest Way to Smoke? Getting Sore Throat...

Hi everyone,

What is the best way to smoke that is the easiest on the lungs? I know vaporizing is the healthiest but I can't afford a good one just yet.

I have been smoking both resin and bud (not at the same time) from a traditional metal pipe/bowl. The past day or so I have noticed my throat is a bit irritated and sore. I am assuming it is from harsh weed, using a metal pipe, or a combination of the two. This is not the first time I've noticed this with this metal pipe.

I am a regular smoker and I don't want to quit. I just want to find a gentler and healthier method of smoking until I can buy a good vap.

Suggestions?

Smoothest way to smoke that I've found is using a hookah. You can't even tell that the smoke is going into your lungs.

thats because most of it isn't! hookahs are a waste of weed.

I think pretty much anything other than a metal pipe would be better for your throat, metal pipes aren't very good in my opinion. A bong or a Vape would be your best bet for cutting down on smoke irritation, or just eat some ganja food.
