its pretty sad for those who died. that kid is only 15 and is pretty much never going to have freedom again. he deserves it though.

This person was not practicing civil disobedience. He committed theft and that it is a real crime. I would have probably given him a hefty fine and a year in jail.

Yea, it's definitely unethical that he is the one being charged with 4 counts of murder. He should only be charged with the theft of the vehicle. It really isn't his fault that he was the one that ended up driving the jeep. There do need to be consequences just not consequences as harsh as 4 counts of murder. The kid has his whole life ahead of him, it would be a shame for it to be all a waste.
actualy, if atleast 2 of those charges get droped, and they are only charging him as a minor, he might have a chance to live... another free life some day... with good time and parol... IF HES FUCKING LUCKY, cause when i was in jail, there was a girl, who took the blame for murder for her boyfriend, and she only got 30 years... shes going to a youth prison until shes 21... and then to the big girl prison here.... to serve the rest of her time...Quote:
