Directions: empty contents into large plastic or glass pitcher add 1 cup sugar or 1 cup SPLENDA.. so i have to put the powder in a large pitcher then add a cup full of sugar???? because i have no idea what splenda is..

Then it says add cold water and ice to make 2 quarts, stir to dissolve, now i get confused again whats 2 quarts in england we measure things in litres, mililitres, gallons etc never heard of a quart before? maybe im just being a noob can anyone help me out here lol.

16 tablespoons to a cup, 2 cups to a pint, 2 pints to a quart, 4 quarts to a gallon.

splenda is just fake-suger that sucks, and puts like 1 and 1/3 of a cup of suger in it.
