I probably get about.. 8-10 hours but sometimes on a shitty day if i have work early i will only get 4 - 6 hours sleep.
Im not sure how much sleep is recomended per day...

i think 7-8 hours is recomended
7-9, now that its the summer. i dont like sleeping til 12, it makes me feel as if ive wasted my day... plus early morning is the best time to work out

Yeah i know what you mean 4gan, i go through phases sometimes i just like having lots of lie ins if i got nothing else beter to do and wake up late but sometimes its shit and makes me feel like i wastes the whole day, were not knoc turn als (sp)
6-7. I sleep ultra deep and my back starts hurting if I've been in bed much longer than 6 hours
5 is the norm... 7 is NICE..
