i have around 30-40$ to spend an theres a head shop around my complex that has alota cheap peices an ive herd they hit pretty well i can get a nice looking bong for around 35-40$ or a nice looking pipe for 10-25$ . i want something that will get me ripped to. What do you think will get me the most high an will be the best for what i pay.
get a pipe first. because you always need a small portable smoking device

bongs are awesome, but like sam44 said u might be beter off with a pipe because of the portability of it. a nice glass one should do the trick
30-45 dollar bongs? Hmm... Are they plastic? If so you might enjoy a high quality glass pipe better. If somehow it's a nice sized glass bong, pick that shit up.
Go with the pipe. Easier to travel with and smaller for when you have to hide it. A bong will get you higher (most of the time) though.
