I was wondering what program is used to run the image of the chat room because for some reason when I try to enter the chat the picture of the chat room is just a small red x in the cornor of the screen, maybe there is some program I need to download? Any answers are greatly appreciated.

java - and what browser are you using? i usually use firefox, and for awhile it was fine, and i could get into the chat, but then it stopped working, and i had to uninstall java, then install the latest version of java, and now i have to use internet explorer for the chat

I did just download java the other day and mine worked fine...
