i personally feel as if he was killed. i mean come on he would of died with all the shit he pumped into him but he wouldn't be able to pull a shot gun trigger with his toe. he wouldn't even be able to lift the shot gun and come on now his suicide note?? in two different hand wittings whoever took this case was obviously an idiot.... what are your opinions?? maybe im missing something here...

Of course Courtney did it. She probably drove him nuts to the point where he isolated from her and that probably set her off.

if you read all the shit surrounding his death and everything else... it just doesn't point towards suicide, it points towards murder.

I always thought he was bi-polar, which is how suicide deffinately makes sense. I've seen the arguements for homicide but I don't think courtney could pull it off.
IF he killed himself, why would he inject a lethal dose of heroin only to then fully load a shotgun, write a suicide note in handwriting different then his own, and only THEN blow his head off. Just doesn't make sense. He was going to divorce her, correct? Which would mean she would have been out on the curb, rather than a widow entitled to Cobain's share of the Nirvana money.
