Lexapro and Marijuana

Is it bad to smoke while on Lexapro?

I was put on lexapro in the past months and i havent noticed any really significant changes besides the first couple days you take it you might feel a little wierd and you might have a really hard time going to sleep without a Blunt and a couple tylnol Pm's.

What is lexapro? What is it for? Is it an opiate?

Its an anti-anxiety and anti-depressent medication.

i was on it and for a while and never had a problem smoking while i was on it. however i do not like anti depressants..i like to control what to put in my body and not have sum1 tell me what to put in it. lexapro has been a conterversial drug in recent news..check out www.rxlist.com

nah, lexapro ain't shit,go for it man. i took lexapro like 2 yrs ago, forgot what it did. don't thik it does anyhting. how many mgs is it? should be bout 10 -15???

you took it and forgot what you were doing,

and you dont think it does anything?

I've taken Lexapro, Effexor, Serequel, and abuncha other ones I can't think of in really large doses ((the beauty of being bi-polar and fat?)) and I've smoked on em all. Never any negative side effects for me. Just don't drink alcohol while on it. People get alcohol poisoning from like 2-3 beers while on anti-d's.
