NORML.ORG US IL: Column: Sick People Need Pot
i read this article on NORML and thought it was pretty cool that there's people in my state trying to do something good for cannabis. a democrat from chicago is going to introduce the bill on the 18th to make medical use legal in the state. i think it would be a good step for illinois to take and it would probably be recognised by other midwest states. anyone else in illinois have any opinions on it?

I'm so glad to see more states doing this...it's about fucking time. The feds have distributed MMJ to people since 79...now only 5 people..why not the rest of Americans who need it..
Yes yes I hope it hits Minnesota, I can finally get some sleep medication that won't make me feel like a living zombie after 8 hours of not even being awake.
yeah KL4D4, it is a good sleeping medicine, makes me sleep like i've never slept before but i never have problems with sleeping so it just makes it that much better.
i'm still trying to imagine what would happen if it passed here because it's not a normal thing to hear about reforms and such around here unless i'm just not paying good enough attention.

As in tommorow the bill could be passed. Thats sweet only 37 states to go I believe.
today i was thinking about the possibilitys if this bill is passed. it would be pretty damn cool and i was wondering if anyone i know would be categorized as being able to get medical. lol. cross your fingers everybody and toke up!

it would be so great for all the people suffering in illinois if this is passed and it would also be a good step forward for everyone who supports it.
