What do you guys think

Ok, so I've been friends with this girl for 6 or 7 months now, but we weren't really good friends until recently. I realized I liked her maybe a month ago but haven't said anything because I'm a pussy. She told me the other day that I'm her best guy friend, and that she feels really comfortable with me and can talk to me about anything, and that she realized we don't know a whole lot about each other becuase we usually only talk in classes and out of classes it' usually about school stuff. She said we need to talk a lot more and learn about each other. Even though we don't know much about each other, we still feel so comfortable with each other. I have always felt something when I'm with her that, I dunno, we just click the right way or something, but I don't know if she feels that.

Anyway, from what she said does it sound like I'm in the "friend zone," or if I have a chance with this one? Any advice would be nice thanks.

keep doing what youre doing, and if anything is going to progress, i think youll know it.

you cant force these things, usually they tend to fall into place if its really what you both want.

im with her on the fact that you should learn more about each other. theres absolutely no need to rush into relationships. you could be getting to date a real headcase. wait until youre both comfortable enough to accept a relationship with each other, and take the time to make sure its going to be a nice healthy one.

ive been out with some headcases just because i thought we knew each other. i went out with a girl for two years and about a year or so into the relationship, when i tried to dump her, she promisd me shed get back on her meds. i never knew she had any psychological problems but i started to assume so. and i was right.

needless to say, it didnt last long. its always better to just take it slow and be cautious.

I would say you should feel it out a little bit... She wants to get to know you better, and thats always a good sign. As your learning more about her, find out what she likes in a potential guy... See if you guys are compatible. If your not her type, and shes not looking to you for that kind of relationship, you didn't lose anything, as you're still good friends. All my best friends have always been female. When I first met my current Best Friend, I would have sold my internal organs to get with her! Now, I can honestly say, I love her more than any girl I've ever known... Even more than a girl I was gonna marry, and she feels the same way about me, BUT... I don't think we would ever move into a romantic relationship, because love aside, we aren't each others type.
If things work out for you guys, and your both interested in pursuing a romantic relationship with the other, CONGRATS! You just "hit the lottery" so to speak, cause you guys are already friends, and you have nailed down the most difficult part of any relationship!

Yeah, she does. I smoke with her sometimes but not as much as I'd like. She's just such a cool, chill girl. Man, I hope it works out.

so hang out with her more and ask her lots of questions. ask her what she was into when she was a kid, what her favorite tv shows were and stuff to do. i dunno haha!
