Well everyone i met their spoke perfect English, therefore everyone who a weed tourist like me would encounter speaks English thats why always say don't worry about them not being to speak English there's a TON of tourists in Amsterdam.
The French and Germans have to use English to speak to the dutch as well i saw that much from the 4 day trip. I just got back from Norway where i asked someone working in an mcdonalds if they spoke english i got a are you fucking stupid look and a "of course" for my trouble.

yeah i was getting set to do it myself but wanted to wait to see what he had to say about it or if he was just going to dig himself a deeper hole. or perhaps he really was using his home connection...i've used my aol number when traveling and it registered me as being home when i posted. but it's a long distant call going that route and unless one has a calling plan it'd get very expensive...and no plan i know of offers unlimited long distance to-from a foreign country. but still, i would have liked to see him squirm a bit before being sent to his room...oh well.
