How can you not have a capital at the start of your name?

YEAH I LIKE CAPITALS AS WELL IT FRUSTRATES ME WHEN PEOPLE DONT USE THEM AND DONT USE PROPER GRAMMAR AND USE RUN ON SENTENCES WITH NO PERIOD BUT AS LONG AS I UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING I WONT COMMENT ON IT BUT REALLY LONG PARAGRAPHS ARE ANNOYING BUT AS LONG AS THEY USE CAPITALS ITS COOL BUT I WONT LIE I LIKE GOOD TYPING ALWAYS HAVE BUT THATS JUST ME DAHSSHRUGSDASH
