bob how much longer til harvest ?....how much do you expect to yeild using the compacts ? GL to u sir PPP
i'm looking at about 4-5 weeks until first harvest.. then another 3 until the 2nd.. it's not a set date as you know :P i'm guesstimating
stretching? it was my intention to stretch them a little bit, they were extremely compact for a while there... they're also like 40 days into 12/12, they won't grow much more, just fatten up alot.. i've begun to flush seeing how i had a run in with the nute lockout. seems pretty good now though, hasn't gotten any worse and the plant's showing no signs of any other problems. :)
anywhoo... i'm estimating about 5-6 ounces of these two plants in total... i'll let ya know how it goes.
Ya, I guess they're not major stretching. Have you considered using an Hps for flowering? You can easily triple your yeild.
heheh of course, if i could i would go up to an hps at the drop of a hat. but it's not that easy... it's the fact that i'm in a 1 bedroom apt. with my uncle (it's really 2 bedrooms, kitchen.bathroom and a balcony) .. an hps right now would be to much of a good thing for such a small area. i will do what i can with the space and money i have.Quote:

Man... Great Plants! This is exactly what i want to do. Grow 2 or 3 plants just for personal. I really like your grow box. That is the size, I want to use. One question? Is that the same area for the whole grow operation, veg and flowering? If it is, you are the man!! I am looking to get something like that started in the next 3 months or so. It will be only my 2nd grow. First was a phototron like 8 years ago. Good luck with your grow Bob!
Looking good Bob!!
Hey thanks guys, i've got two airworks fans. one circular one vertical, i'm using the one fan now as an extraction fan.. the reading temp on the TOP of the lights is just about 94-95 ... with constant air movement, the foilage temp shouldn't me more than 85... i'm thinking of suspending in the thermometer in the foiliage to be sure.
Thanks for the compliments :)
this is where i have my thermometer now... it's in the direct fan path.. which i think might interfere with a proper reading.. but ... how can you get an exact temp reading anyway? something digital would work i imagine.. but $$ :P
oh well.. this will give me an idea of what the temp is in the foliage of the plants
we'll see :)
