any pics maine?? i usually take almost all the fans off 2 weeks before harvest.. only the ones where i can see the stem of the fan touching the stem of the plants if that makes sense ... the fans that are in the buds i dont ever touch until its trim time..!! :hippy:

i have moved the rest of the 'A Series' from veg to flower today..
they are all approximately a foot tall and have all been topped to increase branching for this run..
all have showed pistils and are supposedly female so i am hoping for another few ozs when they are done flowering.. i am hoping that by not just throwing them into flower right after the broke ground i will see both a faster flowering response and a bigger yield..
on an even more positive note i have successfully made 2 clones with no rooting powder and nothing but a peat cube..
the clones are from the big plant at the back of the DIG.. i call he Big Mamma and the tall one that i call Legs..
these are going to be my mother plants until i get some serious genetics from the internet or from some of my peeps around here.. lets hear it for medical cannabis and the increased availability of genetics..
so the first couple pics are of the new mothers in their solo cups with promix.. first 2 are Big Mamma last is Legs.. she seems kinda small right now but i have much faith in her..
then i have a couple of the whole DIG.. it is now packed in there!
later tonight i will put up some more bud shots of all of the gurls that are in the latter half of flowering..
thanks for stopping by and comments are always appreciated.

A-5 was a hermie too!! :wtf:
i think that i now understand my ability to get 100% fem seeds.. they were hermie seeds so they all ended up being female!! but some didnt want to stay just fem.. :wtf: :wtf: they wanted to fuck up my crop! :wtf: i hate hermies :finger: and will mow very seriously consider getting genetics online  lets hope he didnt hurt things anymore then already were..

all of the plants are looking good except Big Mamma.. she is still very yellow in the new growth.. i have tried using PH'ed water set at 7.6 and will do so again tomorrow.. the rest of the smaller pots are doing good and dont seem to have the same problems with nutes that the multiple plants per pot.. (learning experience)
i am going to feed and water the smaller pots tonight and may post some pics of the problem plant for ya'll to comment on.. i hope you have some new suggestions for me.. BTW i checked the runoff PH and from 7.6 it went to 6.5!! i think that was the problem and i will continue to fuck with them and try to dial the feeding in better..

Let's see some pics of the problem. 7.6 won't kill anything, but it has messed with nute uptake for me in the past.
What is the EC and source of the flush water?
If it's real 'soft' water, it only needs to come in contact with a very small amount of acidic soil to drop its pH to almost that of the soil.

If you're using RO or distilled, with no buffers, you can pH it to 7.6, run it through a 6.4 pH pot, and have it come out at almost 6.5 (just for example).
OTOH, a stiff nute solution might go in at 7.6 and come through a 6.4 pH pot at 7.5 (again, made up example, please pass the 'pH-Up' to set this up :D) especially if the medium's inert / not-well-buffered.
Hope this is making sense. 'Softer' water's gonna swing hard. One DROP of acid will dump the pH on a bathtub fulla distilled. Sorta. :D
What I'm getting at is I'd rather flush more thoroughly with water closer to the target value, than less thoroughly with water PH'ed to move the pH all at once. I've run in the low 5's (5.2-5.5) in soil without problems, so I wouldn't rush trying to get the pH up. :rastasmoke:

here are some pictures of some other gurls..
they dont seem to have the problems that "big mamma" has or they are way less of a problem..
i think with the info you have given me then i may just have a nute deficiency/lock up.. but not from ph then.
all of the gurls seem to have been seeded by the #4 plant that went hermie in the beginning! that is too bad but it is a good learning experience and i will be much more aware of hermies in the future.
from now on i will cut any suspicious plants before they become a problem.. i can always start more but i cant un-seed them after the damage is done..
also i have decided that growing from bagseed is a kinda dangerous venture and should be undertaken with care and vigilance (bag seed can apparently be from hermies!)
now that i have a couple plants that seem to be doing good i will use them as mothers and not plant too many seeds that i dont know the origins of..
thats all for now but answers are always appreciated even if a question isnt asked..
