Well it used to be Counter-Strike back in the day, but at the moment is HAS to be minecraft.
It's beautifully creative and really brings out my artistic side when stoned!

have to say mercenaries was a top stoner game for me!

guns, explosives, carnage all topped off with wierdly excellent classical music!

Right now it's Battlefield 3.

black ops, GTA ( all of them, did you know you can play xbox San Andreas on the 360 console.) skyrim ( most complicated free roam game ever) and forza3 drifting online

but black ops is the shiznit, i made a thread for the blackops fans so we can get together and play. i as well as probly 100s of others have weed for my clan tag lol

My all time favorite video game to play while stoned is GTA. I love open world video games where you can just goof off and have freedom to do as you like, but then also can do missions and complete goals at anytime.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is my recent favorite.

And of course I still love the NBA 2k series. Who's trying to get it in 2k13 on ps3? lol

ES Skyrim, Metal Gear series, and mmo genres. Still one of my favourite games for trippin adventures. Don't play much nowadays though.

I also loved the Metal Gear series, especially MGS3 on PS2!

Another good series is the mass Effect series.
